However, our service has not been left untouched by Covid-19’s effects on the global postal system, which is why we are experiencing shipping delays on order, especially on international orders. Here you can find the average delivery delays based on your location:
Shipping delays on orders from the US
Since our warehouse in Houston, Texas is still fully operational and USPS experiences only slightly elevated shipping times of 1-2 additional business days, we are still able to deliver your new swimsuit to your doorstep within 3-6 business days.
Shipping delays on international orders
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 the global postal system is facing extended transit times and we are especially seeing the effect of this for orders shipping to our customers in Europe. Currently, there are rather limited transport carriers operating between the USA and EU, and we’ve been informed by USPS that these delays can be anywhere from 1 - 5 weeks depending on where the item is destined.
Additionally, some countries temporarily hold off on international mail acceptance completely, because of their reduced postal service and in an effort to protect their postal workers. If you live in one of the listed countries below, your order will be put on hold and shipped out as soon the restrictions have been lifted by your country. If you ordered some time ago it is likely that your order has already shipped and will be returned back to us.

What your tracking status means
As soon as our warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us that links to your order status page. On this page, you can access your tracking number, and by clicking on it, you will be
forwarded to the USPS tracking page. Please see below a quick explanation of what which status means:
1 - PRE-SHIPMENT
Our warehouse has provided all information about your package to USPS and is waiting for them to process and pick it up.
2 - ACCEPTED / PROCESSED
USPS has picked up your swimsuit from our warehouse and it’s now in one of USPS’s facilities physically.
3 - IN-TRANSIT
Your swimsuit has left the USPS facility and is now on its way to you!
3B - HELD AT CUSTOMS
Depending on your individual countries customs limits, it could happen that your package is held at your local post office. If that’s the case and you experience any issues please reach out and let us know so we can assure you get your swimsuit without any additional cost.
4 - DELIVERED
Your new swimsuit has been delivered to your address successfully 😍
